Quality Assurance
At Forge, quality assurance and customer service are at the core of our business. At each of our offices,
Forge employs engineers and quality inspectors who continuously work with the factories during
production to ensure that top quality parts are manufactured. As part of the process to ensure the quality
of our parts, Forge takes the 3 step approach to the quality evaluation process:
First article inspection and approval of samples by our customer
Continuous inspection during production by a team of Forge quality inspectors
Inspection before shipment by a 3rd party inspection company
By taking a multi-step approach to evaluating quality, we are able to monitor the quality of our parts as
they are being produced as well as discover and correct any quality problems before they are shipped.
We work with an independent inspection company who perform a final inspection before shipment
according MIL-STD-105E..
